Abstract
This study is motivated by the operational need of Bendho Motor Workshop for a more efficient system to manage sales recording and reporting. The application developed aims to assist the workshop owner in accessing sales reports over defined time periods, streamline the ordering and maintenance processes for mechanics, and enable real-time monitoring of sales performance. The research methodology includes direct observation to understand the business workflow, interviews with the owner to identify system requirements, system analysis, application development (web using PHP, CSS, Laravel, and Bootstrap; Android using Android Studio and Visual Studio Code; backend using REST API), system implementation, and testing. The resulting system successfully simplifies motorcycle service ordering and maintenance processes. Previously, mechanics relied on handwritten receipts, which often led to issues such as illegible writing or lost notes. With the new system, order data is digitally recorded in the order history, significantly reducing the risk of errors and data loss.
