Abstract

This study aims to enhance the security of critical organizational documents, such as fertilizer inventory records, customer data, and business licenses, at UD. Krisna Mulya, located in Magetan Regency, through the implementation of a file encryption system using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm. Within the domain of information security, the primary concern addressed is the potential leakage and misuse of sensitive data. The research involves the design and development of an AES-based encryption system to protect high-value documents by incorporating dual authentication mechanisms and proactive security protocols. System testing and evaluation were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed solution. The findings demonstrate a significant improvement in securing employee-related documents, effectively minimizing the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches. The study concludes that the application of the AES algorithm successfully establishes a robust document security framework, ensuring restricted access and greater data confidentiality within the organization.
