Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has driven many sectors to adopt digital systems, including sports facility booking services. At Get Futsal Kandeman in Batang Regency, however, the booking process remains manual—requiring customers to either visit the location directly or send a message via WhatsApp. This manual approach often results in issues such as long queues, delayed responses, and uncertainty regarding field availability, which negatively affects both users and administrators. To address these challenges, this study aims to design and develop a mobile-based futsal field booking application that streamlines the reservation process to be more efficient, accessible, and well-organized. The application was developed using React Native for the mobile interface and Firebase for real-time database management. The development process followed the waterfall model, including stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Key features include user registration, login, field booking based on availability, booking history tracking, and an admin dashboard for managing users, schedules, and transaction reports. Test results show that the application functions effectively and facilitates a smoother booking process. This system is expected not only to benefit Get Futsal but also to serve as a scalable model for other sports facilities seeking digital transformation. Keywords: Mobile Application, Booking System, Futsal, Firebase, Information System.
