Abstract
A mobile and web-based social assistance processing application was designed to address issues in the Kokap Sub-district, Kulon Progo, which currently lacks a mobile and web-based application and an integrated digital database. Consequently, residents must visit the Sub-district office to apply for social assistance. This is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and costly because the process is still manual, resulting in slow service delivery. To address this issue, the application was developed using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) prototyping method, which allows for rapid development, low cost, and flexibility to meet user needs. The application makes it easier for residents to apply for social assistance quickly, expedites the administrative process, and increases transparency in aid distribution. With this application, residents no longer need to visit the Kokap Sub-district office, saving costs, time, and effort. In conclusion, this application improves the service process, provides greater convenience for residents, and simplifies the online social assistance application process, resulting in more optimal and timely service.
