Abstract
Pertiwi Kindergarten Lebak Pracimantoro is an educational institution located in Lebak, Pracimantoro. Currently, its administrative processes are conducted manually, particularly in areas such as new student registration, payment recording, attendance tracking, and unintegrated grade reporting. This manual approach often leads to inefficiencies and increases the risk of data errors. To address these challenges, a web-based student guardian information system was developed using PHP and MySQL to streamline educational administration management. This system has undergone several stages of testing, including application page testing, which demonstrated success in 13 scenarios; black box testing, which also showed success in 7 scenarios; and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where 15 respondents indicated a "strongly agree" response. As a result, the system was deemed suitable for use. These findings suggest that this system can enhance work efficiency, reduce recording errors, and facilitate access to information for student parents.
