Abstract

The elderly represent a demographic that is particularly vulnerable to various degenerative diseases, necessitating regular health monitoring. However, the recording of health data for the elderly at the Sari Mulyo Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Jagalan Village is still conducted manually, which poses a risk of data loss and inconsistencies in information. To address this issue, this final project developed a web-based elderly health system designed to assist cadres and Posyandu staff in recording information about the elderly, including health complaints, examination history, and visit outcomes. This system was built using the Laravel framework and employs the AdminLTE template for its user interface. Key features include the management of elderly data, health history, and visit reports, as well as the ability to print reports in PDF format. The implementation results demonstrate that the system effectively presents data systematically, facilitates the retrieval of elderly information, and enhances the efficiency of Posyandu services. Additionally, this system features a public component that enables users to search for elderly data and view visit reports without requiring a login.
