Abstract
The present study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the systems and procedures implemented in cash sales of automotive components at PT Borobudur Kencana Mulia Yamaha Deta Jogja, focusing on the support they provide for the efficiency of the sales process. The research methodology encompasses direct observation and interviews with individuals involved in the sales process. The results indicate that the implemented procedures are functioning well, and the existing internal controls effectively prevent common issues that may arise in the sales system, such as fraud or recording errors. However, this study also highlights potential risks that may emerge with increased transaction volume or human error. Therefore, it is recommended that the company conduct periodic evaluations of the current system and adopt more effective internal control principles to anticipate risks that may develop in the future.
