Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived value on tourist loyalty, with satisfaction as a mediating variable, among domestic tourists visiting Yogyakarta. The background of this research is based on the importance of understanding the behavior of Generation Y and Z, which dominate domestic tourism. Perceived value is evaluated through emotional, social, economic, and functional dimensions, while loyalty is measured by the tendency to recommend and revisit the destination. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, using a questionnaire to collect data from 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS version 4 software. The findings indicate that perceived value has a positive and significant impact on satisfaction, which in turn positively influences loyalty. Furthermore, satisfaction serves as a mediator in the relationship between perceived value and tourist loyalty. These results have important implications for the management of tourism destinations in Yogyakarta, emphasizing the need to enhance service quality to strengthen tourist loyalty by creating optimal value and satisfaction.
