Abstract

Administrative services in urban villages are often hindered by manual processes, long queues, and limited access to services. To address these challenges, this study developed a mobile-based Public Service Information System using Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. The system enables document submission, status tracking, access to population data, and online complaint filing. Evaluation results demonstrated a significant increase in service efficiency, with document processing times reduced by up to 40%. Additionally, 85% of respondents reported that the system improves access and promotes transparency. Although challenges such as digital literacy and technological infrastructure remain, this system has the potential to serve as a model for modernizing technology-driven urban village administration.
