Abstract

ABSTRACT SMK Tunas Harapan Pati is a vocational school offering eight majors, strategically located along the main route from Pati to Jepara. The dissemination of job vacancy information to students and alumni has been suboptimal, primarily because many alumni frequently change their phone numbers, leading to poor communication. This study aims to develop a web-based job vacancy information system that provides accurate, timely, and integrated information between schools and their alumni. The research employs the Waterfall methodology, encompassing the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results demonstrate that the system can display job vacancy information in real time, streamline the job application process, and enhance the effectiveness of alumni placement in the industry. Consequently, the dissemination of job vacancy information at SMK Tunas Harapan Pati has become more efficient and well-organized.
