Abstract

Hasil AKPD (Angket Kebutuhan Peserta didik) terdapat 24,04% dari 200 responden mengalami permasalahan pribadi, 21,15% dari 176 responden mengalami permasalahan sosial, 18,27% dari 152 mengalami permasalahan belajar dan 36,54 dari 305 responden mengalami permasalahan karir. Penelitian berfokus pada bagaimana pemahaman karir siswa di sekolah MAN 1 Wonogiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemahaman karir siswa di sekolah MAN 1 Wonogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Pada indikator pengetahuan ranah kognitif 2,81 termasuk pada rentang sekala 2.99-2.00 dalam artian siswa tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mereka paham tentang ranah kognitif. Sedangkan pada pengetahuan ranah afektif menunjukkan pada sekala 3,09 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa siswa tersebut sangat paham tentang ranah afektif karena masuk kedalam kategori interpretasi rentang sekala 4.00-3.00 dengan keterangan sangat paham. Sedangkan pada ranah psikomotor menunjukkan diangka 2,83 yang termasuk kedalam interpretasi rentang sekala 2.99-2.00 dengan kategori paham. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan adanya minimnya literasi dan informasi karena siswa hanya menunggu arahan dari guru BK maupun Guru yang lain dalam menentukan karirnya sendiri siswa jarang update tentang pekerjaan apa saja yang dapat dilakukan dengan lulusan SMA maupun tentang perguruan tinggi sering kali siswa hanya memilih jurusan yang mereka sukai dari pada jurusan yang siswa tersebut mampu memasuki dengan kemampuan siswa tersebut. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan siswa dapat memilih berbagai pilihan karir yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah peneliti menyesuaikan dengan jadwal akademik dari sekolah sehingga waktu penelitian memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan pengisian kuesioner hanya kelas XI diarenakan kelas XII sedang melaksanakan ujian praktik dan kelas X sedang persiapan pelantikan dewan ambalan. The results of the AKPD (Student Needs Questionnaire) indicate that 24.04% of 200 respondents experience personal problems, 21.15% of 176 respondents face social issues, 18.27% of 152 respondents encounter learning difficulties, and 36.54% of 305 respondents deal with career-related challenges. This research focuses on students’ career awareness at MAN 1 Wonogiri. The primary objective of this study is to gain insights into the career awareness of students at this institution. The research employs a survey methodology, utilizing questionnaires and interviews as supplementary data collection tools. The result of this study is that on the cognitive domain knowledge indicator, a score of 2.81 falls within the scale range of 2.99-2.00, meaning that the students demonstrate an understanding of the cognitive domain. Conversely, in the affective domain, the scale reveals a score of 3.09, indicating a high level of experience. This falls within the interpretation category of the scale range, which is 4.00-3.00, with the description of “excellent understanding.” In the psychomotor domain, the scale reveals a score of 2.83, which falls within the interpretation range of 2.99-2.00, categorized as understanding. The interview results indicate a deficiency in literacy and information, as students primarily rely on guidance from school counselors or other teachers in determining their career paths. Furthermore, students rarely engage in self-directed research regarding potential career paths that require a high school diploma or the pursuit of a university education. Consequently, students frequently elect majors based on personal preferences rather than aptitudes. This research underscores the necessity for students to be able to select career options that align with their abilities. However, the study’s limitations stem from the researcher’s need to adjust to the academic schedule of the school, which resulted in an extended research period. Additionally, the questionnaire was only completed by the 11th grade, as the 12th grade was engaged in practical exams, and the 10th grade was preparing for the Ambalan council inauguration.
