Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Leonardo Klaten; 2) Mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa SMK Leonardo Klaten; 3) Mengetahui hubungan antara kedisiplinan dengan prestasi belajar di SMK Leonardo Klaten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,031 < 0,05 dan r_hitung sebesar 0,362 > r_tabel 0,329. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nol (H₀) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Yang artinya, semakin tinggi kedisiplinan belajar siswa, maka semakin baik pula prestasi belajarnya. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi guru dalam membina sikap disiplin siswa; 2) Sekolah dapat merumuskan atau menyesuaikan kembali kebijakan terkait kedisiplinan dengan pendekatan yang lebih edukatif dan mendukung perkembangan siswa; 3) Siswa diharapkan untuk menanamkan kedisiplinan sebagai bagian dari kebiasaan belajar agar mampu meningkatkan prestasi dan kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja maupun jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah jumlah sampel yang terbatas dan ruang lingkup variabel yang hanya melibatkan dua aspek. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu dapat meneliti variabel lain yang berhubungan seperti motivasi, minat belajar, atau pengaruh lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. This study aims to: 1) Determine the level of learning discipline among Grade X students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Program at SMK Leonardo Klaten; 2) Identify the academic achievement of students at SMK Leonardo Klaten; 3) Analyze the relationship between discipline and academic achievement at SMK Leonardo Klaten. This is a correlational research study with a quantitative approach, using Google Forms as the data collection technique. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, involving 36 student respondents. The results of the study indicate that students' learning discipline falls into the moderate category. Data analysis using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test yielded a significance value of 0.031 < 0.05 and a correlation coefficient (r_count) of 0.362 > r_table of 0.329. The hypothesis test results show that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning discipline and students’ academic achievement. This indicates that the higher the students’ learning discipline, the better their academic performance.The benefits of this research are: 1) It can serve as an evaluation material for teachers in fostering student discipline; 2) The school can formulate or revise discipline-related policies with a more educational approach that supports student development; 3) Students are encouraged to instill discipline as part of their learning habits in order to improve academic achievement and prepare for the workforce or the next level of education. The limitation of this research is the small number of samples and the limited scope of variables, which only involve two aspects. Suggestions for future researchers include examining other related variables such as motivation, learning interest, or environmental influences on students' academic achievement.
