Abstract

Prevalensi penyalahgunaan narkoba pada tahun 2024 sebesar 1,73% atau setara 3,3 juta penduduk Indonesia yang berusia rentang 15-64 tahun. Salah satu bentuk penanggulangan korban penyalahgunaan narkoba dengan dilakukannya rehabilitasi sebagai pemulihan dengan dibantu melalui konselor adiksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk layanan rehabilitasi di klinik Pratama Seger Waras, peran konselor adiksi dalam proses pemulihan pecandu narkoba dan kriteria klien dikatakan berhasil melakukan rehabilitasi di klinik Pratama Seger Waras. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga konselor adiksi dan satu klien yang telah memasuki pasca rehabilitasi.Tempat penelitian berlokasi di klinik Pratama seger waras BNNP DIY. Analisis data yang digunakan merujuk pada analisis data model Milles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bentuk rehabilitasi di klinik Pratama seger waras merupakan rehabilitasi medis rawat jalan, peran konselor adiksi dalam proses pemulihan rehabilitasi berperan sebagai fasilitator, edukator mediator, advokator, administrator, serta konselor adiksi juga berperan melibatkan keluarga dalam proses pemulihan, melakukan assessment dan monitoring. Kriteria klien dikatakan berhasil melakukan rehabilitasi dimana klien berhasil abstinent serta meningkatnya kualitas hidup dan motivasinya. Manfaat dari adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan mengenai peran konselor dalam membantu proses pemulihan pecandu narkoba, serta kepedulian masyarakat pada mantan pecandu narkoba. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa keterbatasan diantaranya sampel dan waktu wawancara yang terbatas, sehingga bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk dapat melakukan studi lanjutan berupa penelitian komprehensif dengan acuan data yang lebih luas. One form of overcoming victims of drug abuse is through rehabilitation as a recovery with the help of addiction counsellors. The purpose of this research is to find out how the form of rehabilitation services at Seger Waras Pratama clinic, the role of addiction counsellors in the recovery process of drug addicts and the criteria for clients to be said to have successfully rehabilitated at Seger Waras Pratama clinic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation studies. The subjects of this study consisted of three addiction counsellors and one client who had entered post-rehabilitation. The research site was located at the clinic Pratama seger waras BNNP DIY. The data analysis used refers to the Milles & Huberman data analysis model. The results showed that the form of rehabilitation at the Pratama seger waras clinic is outpatient medical rehabilitation, the role of addiction counsellors in the rehabilitation recovery process acts as a facilitator, mediator educator, advocator, administrator, and addiction counsellors also play a role in involving families in the recovery process, conducting assessments and monitoring. The client's criteria are said to be successful in rehabilitation where the client is successfully abstinent and increases the quality of life and motivation. The benefits of this research are expected to add insight into the role of counsellors in helping the recovery process of drug addicts, as well as public concern for former drug addicts. In this study there are several limitations including limited samples and interview time, so that future researchers are advised to be able to conduct further studies in the form of comprehensive research with a broader data reference
