Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Mano Yogyakarta adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang salah satu hasil produknya adalah sarung tangan. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses produksi sarung tangan ditemui beberapa kecelakaan kerja. yaitu: 1) tangan tergores pinggiran mata pisau potong, 2) tangan terkena luka tusukan akibat jarum mesin jahit, dan 3) tangan tertimpa setrika. Metode yang digunakan Metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC) untuk mencari resiko dan diakhiri dengan langkah-langkah pengendalian. Hasil penilaian risiko menghasilkan 1 extreme risk yaitu terkena cairan karet panas, 4 high risk yaitu tangan terkena mesin iron/setrika, terkena tusukan mesin sewing, tersengat listrik, tertimpa barang produksi, dan 1 low risk yaitu benturan pada kaki atau kepala akibat material. Kata kunci : Kecelakaan kerja, Pengendalian resiko, HIRARC, Potensi bahaya. ABSTRACT PT Mano Yogyakarta is a manufacturing company that produces gloves. Several workplace accidents occurred during the glove production process, including: 1) cuts on the hands from cutting blades, 2) puncture wounds from sewing machine needles, and 3) ironing of hands. The Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC) method was used to identify risks and identify control measures. The risk assessment identified one extreme risk, namely exposure to hot liquid rubber; four high risks, namely contact with the iron, punctures from the sewing machine, electric shock, and being struck by falling materials; and one low risk, namely impact to the feet or head from materials.
