Abstract

ABSTRACT The Dayak Ngaju Cultural and Customs Introduction Application is a digital platform designed to introduce and document the cultural heritage and traditions of the Dayak Ngaju people. This application aims to enhance public understanding of the rich culture, customs, arts, and beliefs of the Dayak Ngaju, one of Indonesia’s indigenous tribes. Its primary purpose is to serve as a repository for storing and preserving cultural information that may be at risk of being lost due to modernization and changing times. The application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes prototyping, intensive user interaction, and rapid iteration to accelerate development. By employing the RAD method, the application was created efficiently to provide the general public, especially the younger generation, with deeper knowledge of the Dayak Ngaju culture. This application serves as an easily accessible educational resource to broaden understanding of this unique cultural heritage.
