Abstract
ABSTRACT Manual management of sales transactions and inventory at Toko Sembako Damai often poses challenges, including inaccurate data, the risk of lost records, and delayed reporting. To address these issues, this research aims to design and develop a web- and mobile-based sales information system to assist store owners in recording sales, managing inventory, and generating sales reports quickly and accurately. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The Laravel framework was employed for backend development and MySQL for database management, while Flutter was used to create a responsive user interface for both web and mobile devices. Key features of the resulting system include recording incoming and outgoing goods, managing product data, organizing supplier and customer information, handling sales transactions, and generating real-time sales reports. Testing demonstrated that the system performed as designed, was user-friendly, and reduced the risk of data errors associated with manual recording. With this information system, the sales management process at Toko Sembako Damai has become more structured and efficient, supporting improved decision-making in the future. Keywords: Sales Information System, Laravel, Grocery Store, Flutter, Sales
