Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Produktivitas tenaga kerja menunjukkan keterkaitan antara hasil kerja dengan waktu yang dibutuhkan tenaga kerja untuk menghasilkan suatu produk. Karena tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja akan mempengaruhi kemajuan pelaksanaan proyek. Semakin kecil nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja maka semakin besar resiko keterlambatan Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif hasil dari data observasi diperlukan untuk mempermudah proses dalam melakukan analisis produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan metode time study. Dari hasil analisis dengan metode time study ada pekerjaan yang produktif dan ada juga pekerjaan yang tidak produktif. Pekerjaan pelat lantai atap ditemukan bahwa nilai produktivitas pada pekerjaan pembesian adalah 0.0036 Kg/OH, nilai produktivitas pekerjaan pengecoran pelat lantai atap adalah 0.3727 M3/OH. Selisih nilai produktivitas antara hasil observasi lapangan dengan Permen PUPR NO.1 Tahun 2022 pada pekerjaan pembesian lebih kecil nilai Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022 yaitu sebesar 0.0011 OH, pada pekerjaan pengecoran pelat lantai atap selisihnya lebih besar dari Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022 yaitu sebesar (-0.0273) OH.Selisih nilai produktivitas antara hasil analisis di lapangan dan Permen PUPR No.1 Tahun 2022 pada pekerjaan pengecoran tangga gedung A selisih nilai 0.0130 lebih besar produktivitas di lapangan. Sedangkan selisih nilai produktivitas pada pekerjaan pembesian tangga gedung A (-0.6889) lebih besar produktivitas di Permen. Kata kunci: Permen PUPR NO.1 Tahun 2022, Produktivitas tenaga kerja, Time Study Labor productivity is one of the determining factors for the success of a construction project. Labor productivity shows the relationship between work results and the time needed by labor to produce a product. The level of labor productivity will affect the progress of project implementation. The smaller the value of labor productivity, the greater the risk of delay. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach resulting from observational data needed to simplify the process of analyzing labor productivity using the time study method. From the results of the analysis using the time study method, it was found that there are productive jobs and there are also unproductive jobs. It was found that the productivity value of the roof slab work on the ironing work was 0.0036 Kg/OH, the productivity value of the roof slab casting work was 0.3727 M3/OH. The difference in productivity values between the results of field observations and PUPR Regulation NO. 1 of 2022, which is 0.0011 OH, in the roof slab casting work the difference is greater than PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2022, which is (-0.0273) OH. The difference in productivity values between the results of analysis in the field and the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 1 of 2022 on the work of casting stairs in building A, the difference in value is 0.0130 greater than productivity in the field. Meanwhile, the difference in productivity values for the construction of stairs in building A (-0.6889) is greater for productivity in Permen.
