Abstract

Pemilihan tipe metode penjadwalan tergantung dari karakteristik tiap-tiap proyek agar mempermudah saat melakukan pelaksanaan. Metode penjadwalan secara umum terbagi menjadi beberapa jenis metode diantaranya, Bagan Balok dan Kurva S, Diagram Jaringan dan Diagram Garis Keseimbangan/Linear Scheduling Method (LSM). Dari beberapa metode tersebut memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangaannya masing-masing. Oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk menentukan metode apa yang harus dipakai pada suatu proyek kontruksi agar dalam pembangunan proyek tersebut tidak mengalami kerugian baik dari segi materi, waktu, dan lainya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ulang penjadwalan proyek dengan metode Diagram Garis Keseimbangan/Linear Scheduling Method (LSM). Studi kasus pada penelitian ini adalah Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Alam Permai Jipangan di Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, yang sebelumnya direncanakan menggunakan metode Kurva S dengan waktu perencanaan 233 hari. Pemilihan proyek ini berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa proyek ini masuk dalam kategori pekerjaan dimana setiap itemnya dilakukan secara berulang dan bisa menggunakan metode Diagram Garis Keseimbangan/Linear Scheduling Method (LSM).Dari hasil analisis menggunakan Metode Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) menunjukan percepatan penyelesaian pembangunan proyek dengan waktu 147 hari, lebih cepat 86 hari dengan perencanaan sebelumnya yang merencanakan selesai pada 233 hari, hal tersebut dikarenakan dalam metode Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) menggunakan pengelompokan item pekerjaan yang bisa dikerjakan secara bersamaan, maka dari itu penggunaan metode Linear Sheduling Method (LSM) pada proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Alam Permai Jipangan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci : Waktu, Linear Scheduling Method (LSM), Metode penjadwalan Selection of the type of scheduling method depends on the characteristics of each project in order to make it easier when carrying out implementation. Scheduling methods are generally divided into several types of methods including: Bar Charts and S Curves, Network Diagrams and Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) Diagrams. Some of these methods have their advantages and disadvantages. Therefore it is very important to determine what method should be used in a construction project so that in the construction of the project there are no losses in terms of material, time, and others. This study aims to re-analyze project scheduling using the Linear Scheduling Method (LSM). The case study in this research is the Alam Permai Jipangan Housing Development Project in Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta, which was previously planned using the S-Curve method with a planning time of 233 days. The selection of this project was carried out based on the consideration that this project is included in the category of work where each item is carried out repeatedly and can use the Linear Scheduling Method (LSM). project with a time of 147 days, 86 days faster than the previous plan which planned to be completed in 233 days, this is because the Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) uses grouping work items that can be done simultaneously, therefore the use of the Linear Sheduling Method ( NGO) in the Alam Permai Jipangan Housing Development project more effective and efficient.
