Abstract

Bahan konstruksi bangunan yang terdapat di Indonesia pada umumnya menggunakan beton sebagai bahan struktur utama. Menurut SNI-03-2847-2002, beton ialah campuran antara semen portland atau semen hidraulik yang lain, agregat halus agregat kasar dan air, dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan yang membentuk masa padat. Beton memiliki kelebihan yaitu bahan pembentuknya dapat diperoleh dengan mudah baik tersedia secara alami maupun buatan, dan mudah dalam pengerjaannya dapat dibentuk sesuai dengan keinginan, tahan terhadap cuaca serta perawatan bangunan yang mudah. Seiring dengan berkembangnya ilmu serta teknologi dibidang bahan konstruksi bangunan yang semakin pesat, telah diketahui bahwa kelemahan beton adalah rendahnya kekuatan tarik dan kekuatan tekan beton. Penulis mengambil penelitian tentang analisa perkuatan lentur balok beton dengan penambahan serat bambu dengan persentase 0,4%, 0,5% dan 0,6%. Dengan tujuan mengetahui kuat lentur maksimal balok beton dengan penambahan serat bambu dan mengetahui perbandingan kuat lentur maksimal balok beton normal tanpa penambahan serat bambu sebagai bahan tambah dengan balok beton dengan penambahan serat bambu. Berdasarkan SNI 2847-2013 didapatkan hubungan nilai kuat lentur beton dengan kuat tekan beton, pada penelitian ini yang direncanakan sesuai dengan mix design SNI 03-2834-2002, PBI 1971 N.I.-2, ACI Cocommite 544-1982 yaitu 25 MPa. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai kuat lentur beton serat bambu normal pada umur 31 hari didapatkan nilai kuat lentur beton sebesar 3,80 MPa. Pada pengujian kuat lentur beton serat bambu sebanyak 0,4% pada usia 30 hari didapatkan nilai kuat lentur beton sebesar 3,75 MPa. Pada pengujian kuat lentur beton serat bambu sebanyak 0,5% pada usia 30 hari didapatkan nilai kuat lentur beton sebesar 3,70 MPa. Serta pada pengujian kuat lentur beton serat bambu sebanyak 0,6% pada usia 30 hari didapatkan nilai kuat lentur beton sebesar 3,68 MPa. According to SNI-03-2847-2002, concrete is a mixture of portland cement or other hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and water, with or without additives that form a solid mass. Concrete has the advantage that its constituent materials can be obtained easily, both naturally and artificially available, and it is easy to work with, can be shaped as desired, weather resistant and easy to maintain. Along with the development of science and technology in the field of building construction materials, it is known that the weakness of concrete is the low tensile strength and compressive strength of concrete. The author takes research on the analysis of flexural reinforcement of concrete beams with the addition of bamboo fiber with a percentage of 0.4%, 0.5% and 0.6%. The aim is to determine the maximum flexural strength of concrete beams with the addition of bamboo fiber and to determine the ratio of the maximum flexural strength of normal concrete beams without the addition of bamboo fiber as an added ingredient to concrete blocks with the addition of bamboo fiber. Based on SNI 2847-2013, it was found that the relationship between the flexural strength of concrete and the compressive strength of concrete in this study was planned according to the mix design of SNI 03-2834-2002, PBI 1971 N.I.-2, ACI Cocommite 544-1982, namely 25 MPa. In this study, the flexural strength value of normal bamboo fiber concrete at 31 days of age obtained a flexural strength value of 3.80 MPa. In the flexural strength test of 0.4% bamboo fiber concrete at 30 days of age, the flexural strength value of the concrete was 3.75 MPa. In the flexural strength test of 0.5% bamboo fiber concrete at 30 days of age, the flexural strength value of the concrete was 3.70 MPa. As well as testing the flexural strength of bamboo fiber concrete by 0.6% at 30 days of age, the flexural strength value of concrete was 3.68 MPa.
