Abstract

Kabupaten Gunungkidul merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di wilayah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kabupaten ini sendiri terdiri dari 18 kecamatan dan 144 desa dengan luas wilayah mencakup sekitar 46,63 % dari luas keseluruhan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Ibukota Gunungkidul adalah Wonosari yang terletak di sebelah tenggara kota Yogyakarta dengan jarak ± 39 km dari pusat kota. Karena memiliki wilayah yang berada di dataran rendah, Kabupaten Gunungkidul juga memiliki potensi akan mengalami bencana banjir apabila musim hujan telah tiba. Pendekatan dalam pemetaan zona rawan banjir yang sering digunakan pada penelitian adalah pendekatan dengan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis. SIG adalah sistem informasi pemetaan berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk memasukan, menyimpan, memanggil kembali, mengolah, menganalisis dan menghasilkan data bereferensi geografis atau data geospasial. Metode yang paling sering dalam pemetaan zona banjir menggunakan SIG adalah menggunakan pembobotan dan skoring. Metode ini dilakukan dengan menentukan skor dan bobot dari tiap parameter penelitian menurut penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil dari overlay peta berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis, didapatkan hasil bahwa parameter yang paling berpengaruh merupakan buffer sungai. Luasan wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul memiliki zona rawan banjir terbagi menjadi 4 kelas dengan tingkat kerawanan tidak rawan sebesar 17281,796 ha (11.72%), tingkat kerawanan kurang rawan 117837,651 ha (79,92%) , tingkat kerawanan rawan dan sangat rawan masing masing mencakup luas wilayah sebesar 11827,689 ha (8,02%) dan 489,666 ha (0,33%). The capital of Gunungkidul is Wonosari which is located in the southeast of the city of Yogyakarta with a distance of ± 39 km from the city center. Because it has an area that is in the lowlands, Gunungkidul Regency also has the potential to experience floods when the rainy season arrives. The approach in mapping flood-prone zones that is often used in research is an approach using a Geographic Information System-based application. GIS is a computer-based mapping information system that is used to enter, store, retrieve, process, analyze and produce geographically referenced data or geospatial data. The most common method of mapping flood zones using GIS is using weighting and scoring. This method is carried out by determining the scores and weights of each research parameter according to previous studies. The results of the Geographic Information System-based map overlay, the results show that the most influential parameter is the river buffer. The area of Gunungkidul Regency has a flood-prone zone divided into 4 classes with a non-prone hazard level of 17281.796 ha (11.72%), a less-prone hazard level of 117837.651 ha (79.92%), a high-prone and very vulnerable hazard level respectively covers an area of 11827.689 ha (8.02%) and 489.666 ha (0.33%).
