Abstract
Kecelakaan lalu lintas saat ini menjadi permasalahan yang besar di Kabupaten Sleman, khususnya di Jl. Wates km 5 sampai km 9 yang rawan sekali terjadi kecelakaan. Hal ini didasarkan meningkatnya kebutuhan alat transportasi, kondisi jalan serta fasilitas jalan yang kurang memenuhi persyaratan sehingga bisa mengakibatkan pertambahan jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi. Faktor penyebab kecelakaan dapat disebabkan oleh faktor manusia, faktor jalan dan faktor kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mengetahui daerah rawan kecelakaan, titik rawan kecelakaan, faktor penyebab kecelakaan, dan mengetahui fasilitas jalan di daerah rawan kecelakaan ruas Jalan Wates.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan Z-Score dan Cussum. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari data peimer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang diambil berupa lebar jalan, kondisi bahu jalan, mencatat kelengkapan rambu – rambu lalu lintas, kondisi lampu penerangan jalan, kondisi marka jalan, dan geometri jalan. Data sekunder yaitu data kecelakaan lalu lintas tahun 2021-2022, dari Polres Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Z-Score dan Cussum didapatkan daerah dan titik rawan kecelakaan berada pada kilometer 5 menunjukan angka Z-Score 1,93, kilometer 7 menunjukan angka Z-Score 2,19 dan kilometer 9 menujukan angka Z-Score 1,63. setelah dilakukan dengan metode Cussum pada daerah ruas jalan rawan kecelakaan didapatkan hasil semua sampel titik rawan kecelakaan bernilai positif atau masuk kriteria rawan kecelakaan dan dapat di identifikasikan bahwa di Black Spot tinggi juga terdapat Black Site. faktor penyebab kecelakaan terbesar disebabkan oleh manusia atau kelalalian pengemudi. Sehingga pada daerah rawan kecelakaan perlu adanya perbaikan dan pengecekan secara berkala pada ruas jalan Wates. Kata kunci : Daerah Rawan Kecelakaan, Titik Rawan Kecelakaan, Wates, Kecelakaan Traffic accidents are currently a big problem in Sleman Regency, especially on Jl. Wates km 5 to km 9 are very prone to accidents. This is based on the increasing need for transportation equipment, road conditions and road facilities that do not meet the requirements which can result in an increase in the number of traffic accidents that occur. Factors causing accidents can be caused by human factors, road factors and vehicle factors. This research aims to analyze and determine accident-prone areas, accident-prone points, factors that cause accidents, and determine road facilities in accident-prone areas on Jalan Wates. This research uses the Z-Score and Cussum calculation methods. Data collection was carried out by looking for primary data and secondary data. Primary data taken includes road width, condition of road shoulders, recording the completeness of traffic signs, condition of road lighting, condition of road markings, and road geometry. Secondary data is traffic accident data for 2021-2022 from the Sleman Yogyakarta Regency Police. Based on the results of Z-Score and Cussum calculations, it was found that accident-prone areas and points were at kilometer 5 showing a Z-Score of 1.93, kilometer 7 showing a Z-Score of 2.19 and kilometer 9 showing a Z-Score of 1.63. After using the Cussum method on accident-prone road sections, the results showed that all samples of accident-prone points were positive or entered the accident-prone criteria and it could be identified that in high black spots there were also black sites. The biggest factors causing accidents are caused by humans or driver negligence. So, in areas prone to accidents, there needs to be regular repairs and checks on the Wates road section.
