Abstract
Kata kunci: Dinding geser; Drop Panel; Kolom; Sistem Struktur; Slab Datar The flat slab structural system is a reinforced concrete plate supported directly by concrete columns without beams. Flat slabs have advantages in the process of making structures, reducing floor heights, reducing structural loads, and are flexible in installing utility channels but flat slab structures have weaknesses in resisting seismic forces such as earthquakes, so this research tries to engineer building structures using a combination of flat slab structures and shear walls as seismic force resistors. This research aims to determine the dimensions and reinforcement of plates, drop panels, columns and shear walls as seismic force resistors. This research uses the provisions of SNI 1726:2019, SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1727:2020 and Etabs 20.3.0 software. Based on analysis and calculations, the floor slab thickness is 200 mm with reinforcement D16-170 mm for column strips and D16-140 mm for middle strips. The roof plate is 150 mm thick with D16-250 mm reinforcement for the column strips and the middle strip uses D16-250 mm reinforcement. Floor chord reinforcement for floors 1 to 3 uses D13 - 250 reinforcement. Floor collector reinforcement for floors 1 to 3 uses D16 - 200 reinforcement. The drop panel dimensions are 200 mm thick with D16-170 mm bottom fiber reinforcement. The column dimensions are 400 mm x 400 mm with 12 D16 reinforcement and the column is 250 mm x 600 mm with 14 D16 reinforcement. The dimensions of the shear wall are 200 mm thick with 2D16-150 vertical reinforcement and 2D16-200 horizontal reinforcement. Key words: Shear wall; Drop Panels; Column; Structural Systems; Flat Slab
