Abstract

Pontianak adalah ibu kota Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, dimana pusat pemerintah provinsi berada di Pontianak. Infrastruktur fisik merupakan sarana dan prasarana, tata guna, desain, sedangkan non fisik meliputi hubungan sosial, aktivitas perekonomian, dan lain sebagainya. Jalur pedestrian yang umumnya sejajar dengan jalan dan lebih tinggi dari permukaan perkerasan jalan untuk menjamin keamanan pejalan kaki yang bersangkutan. Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani Pontianak, yaitu di mulai dari depan kantor pt taspen pontianak, sampai bagian pertigaan jalan Letnan Jendral Sutoyo. dengan panjang perlintasanya sekitar 250 meter. Di sepanjang jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani pontianak terdapat jalur trotoar, Aktivitas kawasanya cukup ramai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kondisi dan fasilitas jalur pejalan kaki, persepsi penggunaan jalur pejalan kaki terhadap kenyamanan dan kualitas pelayan jalur pejalan kaku terhadap pemanfaatannya. Hasil analisis Kondisi dan fasilitas yang telah tersedia pada jalur pejalan kaki Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani ditinjau dari aspek kenyamanan pengguna jalur itu sendiri yaitu berada dalam kategori Cukup Nyaman dengan skor 268 atau 57% dengan kriteria cukup nyaman. Besarnya tingkat kenyamanan persepsi pengguna terhadap pemanfaatan jalur pejalan kaki berdasarkan 13 item kondisi jalur pejalan kaki, terdapat 7 aspek yang termasuk kriteria Tidak Nyaman, yaitu aroma tidak sedap Sekitar Jalur 47%, Bentuk Kualitas Jalur 44%, Keamanan Dari Kejahatan 47%, Keamanan dari jalur 47%, Kebersihan Jalur 50%, Keindahan Bentuk Jalur 50%, Aksesibilitas Jalur 51%, Kelengkapan Fasilitas 55%. Terdapat 3 aspek masuk pada kriteria Cukup Nyaman, yaitu Kejelasan Sirkulasi Jalur 65%, Iklim Mikro 49%, Kelengkapan fasilitas 59%, sedangkan 2 aspek masuk pada kriteria Nyaman, yaitu Kebisingan kendaraan 78%, dan Terik Matahari 75%. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas dengan menertibkan PKL dan parkir liar serta penambahan pos penjaga dan rambu-rambu. Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani Pontianak, starting from the front of the PT Taspen Pontianak office, to the junction of Jalan Lieutenant General Sutoyo with a length of about 250 meters. Along Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani Pontianak, there are sidewalks and activities in the area are quite busy. The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions and facilities of the pedestrian paths, the perception of the use of the pedestrian paths for comfort and the quality of the service for the rigid pedestrian paths for their use. The results of the analysis of the conditions and facilities available on the pedestrian path of Jl. General Ahmad Yani in terms of the comfort aspect of the route users themselves, namely being in the Quite Comfortable category with a score of 268 or 57% with the criteria being quite comfortable. The magnitude of the comfort level of the user's perception of the use of pedestrian paths is based on 13 items of pedestrian path conditions, there are 7 aspects included in the Uncomfortable criteria, namely unpleasant odors Around the Path 47%, Quality Forms of Path 44%, Safety From Crime 47%, Safety from path 47%, lane cleanliness 50%, beauty of path form 50%, path accessibility 51%, completeness of facilities 55%. There are 3 aspects included in the Fairly Comfortable criteria, namely Clarity of Path Circulation 65%, Micro Climate 49%, Complete facilities 59%, while 2 aspects are included in the Comfortable criteria, namely Vehicle Noise 78%, and Sunlight 75%.
