Abstract

Pekerjaan konstruksi merupakan pekerjaan yang beresiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan kontruksi. Hal ini menjadi salah satu faktor yang membuat risiko kecelakaan kontruksi yang ada di proyek ini tinggi. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya manajemen konstruksi yang baik dalam proses pelaksanaan pembangunan tersebut, dengan manajemen keselamatan konstruksi. Beberapa proyek konstruksi di Indonesia banyak terjadi salah satunya di kabupaten Sleman yaitu Pembangunan Gedung Mall Pelayanan Publik, bahwa pada pekerjaan arsitektur membutuhkan manajemen keselamatan kontruksi yang baik guna meningkatkan efektifitas perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang terencana, terukur, terstruktur dan terintegrasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja potensi risiko kecelakaan kontruksi yang paling rawan terjadi pada pekerjaan arsitektur, Untuk mengetahui nilai rasio kecelakaan kontruksi pada pekerjaan arsitektur, untuk mengetahui pengendalian risiko pada pekerjaan arsitektur. Metode penelitian ini ialah dengan metode contruction safety analysis dengan menggunakan pedoman Permen PUPR No.10 Tahun 2021.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan empat faktor utama yaitu Manusia, Alat, Bahan dan Lingkungan. Setelah dilakukan penelitian yang melibatkan 6 orang informan yang paham akan risiko kecelakaan kontruksi didapatkan hasil penelitian pada pekerjaa dinding diperoleh nilai ratio untuk risiko rendah 60,87%, risiko sedang 39,13%, risiko tinggi 0%, pada pekerjaan lantai diperoleh nilai ratio untuk risiko rendah 83,33%, risiko sedang 16,67%, risiko tinggi 0%, dan pada pekerjaan plafond diperoleh nilai ratio untuk risiko rendah 72,73%, risiko sedang 27,27%, risiko tinggi 0%. Kata kunci: CSA, Risiko, Keselamatan kontruksi Construction work is a job that has a high risk of construction accidents. This is one of the factors that makes the risk of construction accidents in this project high. Therefore it is necessary to have good construction management in the process of implementing the construction, with construction safety management. Several construction projects in Indonesia have occurred, one of which is in Sleman district, namely the Construction of the Public Service Mall Building, that architectural work requires good construction safety management to increase the effectiveness of planned, measurable, structured and integrated occupational safety and health protection. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the potential risks of construction accidents that are most prone to occur in architectural work, to determine the value of the ratio of construction accidents in architectural work, to determine risk control in architectural work. The method of this research is the construction safety analysis method using the PUPR Ministerial Regulation No. 10 of 2021. The research results show that there are four main factors, namely Humans, Tools, Materials and the Environment. After conducting a study involving 6 informants who understood the risk of construction accidents, the results of research on wall work obtained a ratio value for low risk of 60.87%, medium risk of 39.13%, high risk of 0%, for floor work obtained a ratio value for low risk 83.33%, moderate risk 16.67%, high risk 0%, and for ceiling work the ratio value for low risk is 72.73%, medium risk is 27.27%, high risk is 0%.
