Abstract
ABSTRAK Waduk Mrica direncanakan dengan umur layan 50 tahun. Permasalahan utama yang terjadi pada Waduk Mrica adalah sedimentasi. Laju sedimentasi yang terus meningkat akan mengurangi kapasitas tampungan waduk mengakibatkan kinerja waduk menurun. Sedimentasi yang terjadi di Waduk Mrica perlu dianalisis. Prediksi sedimen yang mengendap di tampungan waduk dapat dilakukan pendekatan menggunakan konsep efisiensi tampungan (trap efficiency) sedimen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi model efisiensi tampungan sedimen di Waduk Mrica. Studi kasus yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini adalah Waduk Mrica. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu data inflow tahun 2006 sampai 2015, data sampel sedimen inflow, data echosounding tahun 2006 sampai 2015, data teknis waduk, dan data sekunder. Tahapan analsis data dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu analisis sedimen waduk, perhitungan trap efficiency observasi dan empirik, evaluasi model trap efficiency sedimen dan pemilihan model trap efficiency sedimen untuk Waduk Mrica. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan volume sedimen yang masuk (sediment inflow) setiap tahunnya berdasarkan metode rating curve dan persentase sebesar 6.543.517 m3. Volume sedimen yang mengendap di dalam waduk berdasarkan metode echosounding setiap tahunnya sebesar 3.955.920 m3. Evaluasi model trap efficiency empirik terhadap trap efficiency observasi didapatkan nilai kesalahan terkecil pada 3 model yaitu Brune, Harbor et al dan Jothiprakash & Grag. Untuk model Brune dan Jothiprakash & Grag nilai RME dan RMSE nya sama yaitu 18,9% dan 11,6%, model Harbor Et. al dengan nilai RME sebesar 18,2%, RMSE sebesar 12,3%. Nilai korelasi terbesar pada model Harbor et al sebesar 0,65. Direkomendasikan trap efficiency sedimen untuk Waduk Mrica menggunakan model trap efficiency Harbor et al. Kata kunci: Kapasitas Tampungan, Sedimentasi, Waduk Mrica. ABSTRACT Mrica Reservoir is planned with 50 years old service life. The main problem that occurs in the Mrica Reservoir is sedimentation. Increasing sedimentation rates will reduce the capacity of reservoirs resulting in decreasing reservoir performance. Sedimentation occurring in the Mrica Reservoir needs to be analyzed. Sediment prediction that settles in the reservoirs can be done using the concept of trap efficiency sediment. The purpose of this research is to know the accuracy level of sediment trap efficiency model in Mrica Reservoir. The case study reviewed in this study is the Mrica Reservoir. The data needed in this study include inflow data from 2006 to 2015, sediment inflow sample data, echosounding data from 2006 to 2015, reservoir technical data, and secondary data. The stages of data analysis in this study include reservoir sediment analysis, calculation of trap efficiency observation and empirical analysis, evaluation of sediment efficiency trap models and selection of sediment efficiency trap models for Mrica Reservoir. The results of this study obtained the volume of sediment inflow each year based on the rating curve method and the percentage of 6.543.517 m3. The volume of sediment deposited in the reservoir based on the echosounding method each year is 3.955.920 m3. The empirical trap efficiency model evaluation of trap efficiency observation obtained the smallest error value in 3 models namely Brune, Harbor et al and Jothiprakash & Grag. For the Brune and Jothiprakash & Grag models the RME and RMSE values are the same, namely 18.9% and 11.6%, Harbor Et models. al with RME value is of 18,2%, RMSE is of 12,3%. The largest value of correlation on the Harbor et al model is of 0,65. Recommended sediment efficiency trap for Mrica Reservoir using trap efficiency model Harbor et al.
