Abstract
ABSTRAK Sebagai daerah tujuan wisata favorit, Bali terkenal dengan keindahan pantai, iklim tropisnya serta kekentalan budaya tradisionalnya yang masih terjaga sampai sekarang. Bali merupakan salah satu pulau yang mengandalkan perekonomian dari dunia pariwisata. Dengan semakin banyaknya wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Bali, sekarang perlu direspon dengan pendirian hotel -hotel berbintang yang memberikan kenyamanan bagi wisatawan. Pemanfaatan keindahan alam dan budaya sebagai daya jual utama hotel resort, menuntut hotel resort menciptakan sense of place yang selaras dangan lingkungan pada bangunan. Hal ini menjadi titik tolak lahirnya hotel resort dengan pendekatan arsitektur tradisional di daerah wisata, terintegrasikan antara standar-standar ruang terhadap konsep arsitektur tradisional local yang dalam desain bangunan menampilkan identitas daerah pada desain bangunan. Berdasarkan pemikiran ini, pendekatan nilai asta kosala kosali dalam perancangan hotel resort ini dipilih guna mempertahankan eksistensi kearifan lokal masyarakat Gianyar, Ubud dan juga menjaga budaya asli dengan mendirikan bangunan dengan citra arsitektur tradisional pada bagian bagian ornament atau pada bagian atap dan juga bahan material yang selaras dengan adat dan juga tradisi yang telah ada di dalam masyarakat Bali. Kata Kunci : perancangan, hotel resort, nilai asta kosala kosali ABSTRACT As a favorite tourist destination, Bali is famous for the beauty of the beaches, tropical climate and traditional culture of the viscosity still stayed up until now. Bali island is one of the world's economies that rely on tourism. With the growing number of tourists visiting Bali, now need to be responded with a founding star hotels that provide comfort for travelers. The utilization of natural and cultural beauties as the selling power of the major hotel resort, demanding hotel resort created a sense of place that is in harmony with the environment in buildings. This became the starting point the birth of hotel resort with traditional architectural approach in the area of tourism, terintegrasikan between the standards of room against the local traditional architecture concept in the design of the building showing the identity of the area on the design of the building. Based on this thinking, approach to the value of the asta kosala kosali in the design hotel resort was chosen to defend the existence of local wisdom society Gianyar, Ubud and also keep the original culture with the building with architectural imagery traditional on the part of the ornament or on the roof and also materials that are aligned with the Customs and traditions that also was in the Balinese people.
