Abstract

Electronic technology in many daily lives provides a kind of contribution to the field of electronics. This technology is designed to facilitate human work. Technology that is automatic or computerized is used to meet needs in a life activity where the role of electronic devices is very important in the development of technology today. Therefore we need a design technology that helps in securing the office and can be accessed using Android. The design is in the form of a prototype office door control prototype based on radio frequency identification (rfid) and internet of thing (iot) that can protect the office and file files in the office. This research is still in the form of a prototype (Miniature), which can later be developed into a tool that is truly real (Real). The control system in this tool is controlled by the Arduino Uno and Arduino Nano microcontrollers to process inputs from RFID sensors. The input from the sensor will be processed by Arduino Nano and Arduino Uno to operate the servo motor using Esp8266 instead of the RFID sensor. The results of testing this prototype The manufacture of RFID and IoT-based office door control devices using an acrylic frame material arranged in the form of an office. The working system of this tool is controlled using Arduino equipped with ESP8266 sensor, RFID RC522, servo motor, Buzzer and Powerbank. RFID as a means of efficiency of a security by using the open door system using a code or ID that has a card and must be in accordance with the ID of the room the overall results can work well with a percentage of 100%. Iot as a security substitute for Rfid if an error occurs or the loss of an RFID card works as needed with a percentage of 100%. Keywords: RFID, Esp8266, Arduino Uno, Arduino Nano.
