Abstract
Land transportation, one of which is the road has an important role in the social, economic and cultural fields. In addition, roads are one of the factors supporting the overall development of the region. The availability of adequate road network infrastructure is one of the major capitals for increasing community activities in an area, both for activities that are both social and economic. Geographic Information System is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, organize and display all types of geographical data. The Geographic Information System can be concluded as a combination of cartography, statistical analysis and database system technology. The existence of this system is expected to be able to assist officers of the Public Works Housing and Settlement Area in repairing road damage in the Yogyakarta City area. The method of writing research uses the waterfall method. The research database uses SQLyog for editor tools using Sublime. Keywords: Administration, Reporting Of Damage To Roads, GIS-Based.
