Abstract
ABSTRAK Kebakaran gedung dan rumah yang terjadi dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini, mulai mendapat perhatian serius. Beton adalah material bangunan yang tidak dapat menghasilkan api saat terbakar namun dapat menyerap panas sehingga terjadi perubahan suhu yang berlebihan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbandingan nilai kuat tekan beton pada campuran abu tempurung kelapa pada beton normal dan beton pasca bakar, serta untuk mengetahui nilai kelecakan pada campuran beton. Dari hasil pengujian di Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) didapatkan nilai kuat tekan rata-rata beton normal sebesar 33,11 MPa, sedangkan nilai kuat tekan beton dengan bahan campuran Pozzolan (abu tempurung kelapa) 5%, 10%, 15% dan Superplasticizer (MasterRheobuild 6) 1% dengan nilai rata-rata berturut-turut adalah 36,25 MPa, 35,11 MPa dan 30,33 MPa. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton pasca bakar normal rata-rata adalah 28,47 MPa, sedangkan kuat tekan beton pasca bakar dengan bahan campuran Pozzolan abu tempurung kelapa 5%, 10%, 15% dan Superplasticizer (MasterRheobuild 6) 1% dengan nilai rata-rata berturut-turut adalah sebesar 30,19 MPa, 32,00 MPa, dan 29,40 MPa. Penurunan nilai kuat tekan beton normal pasca bakar sebanyak 14,01%, perubahan penurunan signifikan terjadi pada beton menggunakan bahan tambah Pozzolan (abu tempurung kelapa) kadar 5%, 10%, 15% dan Superplaticizer (MasterRheobuild 6) 1% berturut-turut sebesar 16,71%, 8,85%, 3,06%. Kata kunci : Kuat Tekan, Pasca Bakar, Pozzolan Alami, Superplasticizer ABSTRACT Building and house fire happened in the recent years start to have serious attention. Concrete is a building material that cannot obtain fire when being burnt, yet it can absorb heat so that there is excessive temperature change. The aim of this research is to find out the influence and the comparison of the values of compressive strength on the mixture of coconut shell ash on normal concrete and post-burn concrete, as well as to find out the value of workability of the mixture of concrete. Based on the result of the test in the laboratory of Yogyakarta State University, it can be seen that the average value of normal concrete is 33.11 MPa, while the value of compressive strength with the mixture of Pozzolan (coconut shell ash) of 5%, 10%, 15%, and Superplasticizer (MasterRheobuild 6) of 1% with the average values are 36.25 MPa, 35.11 MPa, and 30.33 MPa, respectively. The result of the test of compressive strength of normal post-burn concrete is 28.47 MPa, while the compressive strength of post-burn concrete with the mixture of Pozzolan of coconut shell ash of 5%, 10%, 15%, and Superplasticizer (MasterRheobuild 6) of 1% with the average values are 30.19 MPa, 32.00 MPa, and 29.40 MPa, respectively. The slump of compressive strength of normal post-burn concrete is 14.01%, the significant slump of concrete using additional material of Pozzolan (coconut shell ash) of 5%, 10%, 15%, and Superplaticizer (MasterRheobuild 6) of 1% is 16.71%, 8.85%, and 3.06%, respectively.
