Abstract

ABSTRAK Beton merupakan suatu material hasil dari pencampuran semen, air, agregat halus, dan agregat kasar. Tidak jarang pada era sekarang sering ditambahkan penggunaan bahan tambah seperti superplaticiser yang dapat membantu workability dari beton. Tujuan penelitian ini mengtahui berapa besar nulai slump dan nilai kuat lentur antara beton normal bertulang bambu dengan beton serat bertulang bambu pada usia 28 hari. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu eksperimen di Laboratorium Bahan Bangunan Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Nasional, Yogyakarta. Sampel uji terdiri dari beton normal bertulang bambu sebanyak 3 pcs, beton serat bertulang bambu prosentase 0,1% sebanyak 3 pcs, beton serat bertulang bambu prosentase 0,5% sebanyak 3 pcs, beton serat bertulang bambu prosentase 1% sebanyak 3 pcs dengan mutu beton rencana sebesar 25 MPa. pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu uji kuat lentur dua titik pembebanan yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknologi Bahan Teknik Sipil, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai slump pada beton normal bambu sebesar 12 cm, beton serat bertulang bambu prosentase 0,1% sebesar 13 cm, pada prosentase 0,5% sebesar 12 cm, dan prosentase 1% sebesar 12 cm. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan serat tidak terlalu berdampak signifikan terhadap nilai slump. Sedangkan pengujian kuat lentur di dapatkan nilai kuat lentur pada beton normal bambu sebesar 3,93 MPa, beton serat bertulang bambu prosentase 0,1% sebesar 4,54 MPa, pada prosentase 0,5% sebesar 5,24 MPa, dan pada prosentase 1% sebesar 4,26 Mpa. didaptkan kesimpulan bahwa beton serat bertulang bambu direkomendasikan digunakan dengan syarat penambahan serat sebesar 0,5%. Kata Kunci: Bambu, Beton, Bertulang, Lentur, Serat. ABSTRACT Concrete is a material that comes from mixing cement, water, soft and coarse aggregates. Nowadays, added material such as superplaticis is often added which can help the workability of the concrete. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the slump value and the flexural strength value between the normal bamboo-boned concrete and the bamboo-boned fibre concrete at the age of 28 days. The conducted research method is an experiment at the National Technology College Building Materials Laboratory, Yogyakarta. The test sample consisted of 3 pcs of normal boned bamboo, 0.1% percentage fiber boned concrete with 3 pcs, bamboo fiber percentage of 0.5% as much as 3 pcs, bamboo fiber boned concrete with a percentage of 1% as much as 3 pcs with quality concrete plan of 25 MPa. The two-point flexural strength test is carried out at the Material Technology Laboratory of Civil Engineering at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The results of this research found that the slump value of normal bamboo concrete was 12 cm, bamboo fiber boned concrete percentage 0.1% by 13 cm, at the percentage of 0.5% by 12 cm, and the percentage of 1% by 12 cm. Therefore it can be concluded that the addition of fiber does not have a significant influence on the value of slump. While the flexural strength test was obtained for flexural strength in normal bamboo concrete of 3.93 MPa, bamboo fiber boned concrete with a percentage of 0.1% at 4.54 MPa, at the percentage of 0.5% at 5.24 MPa, and at percentage 1 % of 4.26 Mpa. It is concluded that the bamboo boned fiber concrete is recommended to be used with the requirement that fiber addition is 0.5%. Keywords: Bamboo, Concrete, Boned, Flexible, Fibre.
