Abstract
ABSTRAK Kabupaten Lahat merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Sumatera Selatan yang terdiri dari 22 Kecamatan Induk. Batas-batas wilayah Kabupaten Lahat sebelah utara berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Muara Enim dan Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Bagian selatan berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan dan Kota Pagar Alam. Bagian barat berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Pada bagian timur berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Muara Enim. Kabupaten Lahat memiliki banyak tempat dan objek pariwisata, baik itu wisata alam, wisata budaya, maupun wisata sejarah. Pemerintah Kabupaten Lahat telah melakukan pengembangan terhadap potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki. Namun dengan adanya pengembangan potensi pariwisata tersebut daianggap masih belum cukup untuk menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Kabupaten Lahat. Penambahan Hotel dan Resort merupakan salah satu alternatif akomodasi wisata yang dapat dilakukan untuk menampung pengunjung baik wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan dari luar daerah. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menciptakan sebuah fasilitas yang dapat mewadahi kegiatan wisata terkhusus di wilayah wisata alam Bukit Serelo, Kabupaten Lahat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses ini yaitu metode deskriptif dari proses identifikasi masalah yang menggambarkan keadaan-keadaan yang ada dilokasi tersebut melalui survey yang telah dilakukan serta menggunakan metode analisis yang membahas secara mendalam melalui observasi, maupun dokumen. Dari metode-metode tersebut dihasilkan data-data yang akan menjadi bagian mendasar untuk membuat proses Perancangan Hotel dan Resort. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai proses perancangan bangunan dan lansekap hotel dan resort, yang mana akan diciptakan selalu bersifat aktif agar masyarakat tetap ingin mengunjungi fasilitas ini tanpa menunggu adanya event-event tertentu saja. Upaya tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti bentukan bangunan dan kenyamanan ruang, fasilitas yang disediakan dan aktivitas yang diadakan untuk pengunjung. Dengan demikian, hotel dan resort ini dapat memberikan pengalaman baru bagi pengunjung. Kata kunci: Bukit Serelo, Hotel dan Resort, Arsitektur Kontekstual ABSTRACT Lahat is one of regencies in South Sumatra and it consists of 22 main sub-districts. The northern borderlines in Lahat Regency is bordered with Muara Enim Regency and Musi Rawas Regency. Meanwhile, the Southern part is bordered with South Bengkulu Regency and Pagar Alam City, the western part is bordered with Empat Lawang Regency and the east one is bordered with Muara Enim Regency. Lahat has many tourism objects and areas either natural tour, cultural tour or historical tour. The Government of Lahat has done the development for the existing tourism potentials but it has not attracted the interest of tourists to visit Lahat Regency. The extension of Hotels and Resorts become one of the alternatives for the tourism accommodation that can be done to accommodate the local and foreign tourists. The objective of this final assignment is to create a facility that can accommodate the tourism activities particularly in Natural Tourism area of Bukit Serelo, Lahat Regency. This research used the descriptive method from the process of problem identification describing the existing conditions in the location through a survey that has been done and used the analytical method discussing through in-depth observation and documentation. From the methods, the data were obtained and used as a base to run the process of designing hotels and designs. The conclusion of this research was about the process of the design of buildings and landscape of hotels and resorts created to be active to make the people willing to visit the facilities without waiting for certain events. This effort can be determined by some factors such as the formation of buildings, comfort of the rooms, and facilities provided and activities for the visitors.
