Abstract
ABSTRAK Perancangan Waterfront di Kelurahan Notoprajan RW 01, tepatnya berada di sekitar bantaran sungai Winongo sedang berada warga RW 01, dan nantinya lahan relokasi tersebut belum diketahui oleh pemilik tanahnya akan digunakan seperti apa dan jadi apa nantinya bila sudah di bersihkan lahan tersebut. Menanggapi tentang masalah penggusuran dan relokasi pada RW 01 bantaran sungai Winongo, maka lahan di sekitar sungai Winongo akan saya rancang dan saya usulkan desain kawasan wisata dan kampung wisata karena posisi atau lokasi site yang sangat strategis dan dekat dengan kawasan pariwisata di dalam masa penggusuran atau relokasi pada tempat tinggal para penduduk yang sebagian besar di huni oleh Kota Yogyakarta, seperti Alun-Alun Utara, Kraton Yogyakarta, titik 0 kilometer, Taman Sari, dan Taman Pintar. Selain itu juga ada faktor pendukung disekitar lokasi yaitu, Taman parkir Bus Ngabean, Hotel Cavinton, Edu Hotel, Ayaartta Hotel Malioboro. Kata Kunci : Arsitektur Kontekstual.Perancangan Waterfront sungai Winongo, ABSTRACT The waterfront design in the Notoprajan Sub-district of RW 01, precisely around the banks of the Winongo river, is located in the residents of RW 01, and the land owner will have not yet known what the land will be used for, and what it will be when the land is cleared later. Responding to the problem of eviction and relocation in the RW 01 on the Winongo river, I will propose a design of tourism area and tourism village, due to the very strategical position or location site, and close to the tourism areas during the eviction or relocation on the residents' dwellings which are mostly inhabited by the City of Yogyakarta, such as the Alun-alun Utara (North City Square), Kraton Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta Palace), Titik 0 Kilometer (The Kilometer Zero), Taman Sari (Water Castle), and Taman Pintar (Education Park). In addition, there are also supporting factors around the location namely the Ngabean Bus Parking Park, Cavinton Hotel, Edu Hotel, and Ayaartta Hotel Malioboro.
