Abstract
ABSTRAK Desa Wisata Argalingga adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Majalengka yang memiliki potensi berupa alam yang bisa dikembangkan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah salah satunya seperti hutan pinus, air terjun, bumi perkemahan, dan pendakian gunung ciremai. Namun, semakin berkembang dan meningkatnya industri pariwisata di Desa Wisata Argalingga tidak dukungan oleh ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana khususnya aksesibilitas wisata dikarenakan kondisi alam yang terletak dikaki gunung ciremai sehingga akses jalan yang sempit, menanjak, dan tikungan terjal. Melalui desain Terminal Wisata ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah akses dalam pencapaian kesetiap destinasi dan membantu perekonomian untuk desa tersebut. Terminal Wisata adalah merupakan fasilitas umum sebagai tempat menunggu, naik turun penumpang yang melakukan perjalanan menuju destinasi wisata dan juga sebagai penghubung antar-moda transportasi dari terminal 1 ke terminal 2 arah kota yang juga dilengkapu fasiliats-fasilitas penunjang lainya seperti area komersial dan infomasi, dan ini sangat membantu bagi pengguna wisata karena bisa mengakses dengan mudah, aman dan nyaman. Proses desain terminal wisata ini mengambil pendekatan architecture Organic yaitu gagasan bahwa bangunan, alam dan manusia bisa menyatu, karena lokasi yang didapat mendukung untuk konsep tersebut. Untuk lokasi terletak didataran tinggi, diatas perbukitan dan persawahaan tentunya sangat menyatu dengan alam terbuka. Pada dasarnya memang alam menjadi sebuah pokok inspirasi dari architecture organic itu sendiri (A Building As Nature), begitu juga bangunan yang diciptakan harus mengikuti aliran alam bukan melawan alam (Form Follows Flow), tentunya dengan memikirkan kenyamanan untuk sipengguna maupun bangunan itu sendiri ( Of The People ). Material alam yang digunakan untuk bangunan juga menjadi bagian dari arsitektur organik (Of The Materials ). Hasil yang didapat dari perancangan terminal wisata ini sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan industri pariwisata kota majalengka dan desa argalingga. Kata Kunci : Desa Wisata Argalingga, Terminal Wisata, Arsitektur Organik ABSTRACT Argalingga Tourism Village is one of the villages in Majalengka Regency which has the potential of nature and can be developed by communities and government such as pine forests, waterfalls, campsites, and climbing on Mount Ciremai. However, the growth and increasing tourism industry in Argalingga Tourism Village is not supported by the availability of facilities and infrastructure, especially tourist accessibility due to natural conditions located in the Ciremai Mountain so that access roads are narrow, uphill and steep. The design of the Tourist Terminal aims to facilitate access to every destination and help the economy for the village. Tourist Terminal is a public facility as a place to wait, where passengers enter and exit vehicles traveling to tourist destinations and also as a liaison between modes of transportation from terminal 1 to terminal 2 in the city which is also equipped with other supporting facilities such as commercial areas and information, and this is very helpful for tourists because they can access easily, safely and comfortably. The design process of the tourist terminal takes the Organic architecture approach, namely the idea that buildings, nature, and humans can be integrated because the existing location supports the concept. For locations located in the highlands, above the hills and the terrain is very integrated with the open air. Basically, nature is an inspiration from the architecture of organic itself (A Building as Nature), as well as buildings that are created, must follow the flow of nature not against nature (Form Follows Flow), by thinking about convenience for users and the building itself (Of the People). Natural materials used for buildings are also part of the organic architecture (Of the Materials). The results obtained from the design of the tourist terminal are very helpful to improve the tourism industry of the city of Majalengka and the village of Argalingga.
