Abstract
A motorbike is a means of transportation massively used by the community or customers for their daily activities. Damages on the motorbike are often caused by the customers carelessness to check and look after it. Customers lack of knowledge about the damage is another cause of more serious damage. To overcome the problems, service system is designed to check motorbike problematic damage using forward chaining inference method and periodic service information system. In the conceptions of forward chaining inference method, traces start from the initial condition and try to fit with the expected conditions. The output results in the service of motorbike damage checks. Key words: Motorbike service, Mileage, Forward chaining
