Abstract
ABSTRACT CV. Analysis of Wijaya Group is a company that has business in the types of construction services, trading various kinds of goods and services. In supporting good performance, the company has a vision of "Handling work properly and beneficial without ignoring the environmental impact and ignoring occupational safety and health." So as to achieve this vision, the need for good handling in the recording of payroll for employees so that the work process is expected to avoid mistakes in employee payroll. Previously, CV. Wijaya Group's analysis uses the system but is only limited to Excel. Therefore, the design of employee payroll information systems can help in handling employee payroll recording on the CV. Wijaya Group analysis. The software used uses Delphi as a programming language and MySQL as a database server. Employee payroll information system is a system that can provide information to users and owners about employee salary data that must be paid so that it can accurately record the nominal amount of payroll.
