Abstract
ABSTRACT The existence of technology and information can help humans in completing all the work. Yogyakarta Perkantas Office still uses a manual system in the process of arranging office inventory includes lending, returning, data collection and procurement of goods. The processing of office inventory is still recorded and filed. This results in information that is presented too late and is very vulnerable in case of errors in data collection and writing. The purpose of making this information system is that the data collection process for office inventory will be easier and faster, human error can be minimized, the process of finding goods can be faster, neatly organized documentation and the process of making reports will be easier and faster. With this problem, an office inventory information system will be created using Delphi and SQL Server as a database. Office Inventory Information System can facilitate the performance in data collection and processing of inventory items and preparing reports.
