Abstract
The distribution of electricity from PT. PLN that is distributed to the public and industry is important to maintain the reliability of its distribution network system. Reliability in delivering electrical energy to consumers is strongly influenced by the large number of disruptions that occur, so that it affects the supply of electrical energy and services to consumers. The level of distribution reliability can be calculated by analyzing the SAIDI, SAIFI and CAIDI values and by calculating the reliability factor (failure rate, average disturbance rate and repair rate). This study aims to analyze the causes of disruption in the loop scheme feeder system that is in PT. PLN ULP Rayon Garut City in 2017-2018. There are 9 disturbances that cause disturbances in the arrowroot area namely SUTM, ground wires, distribution substations, electrical connections, planned outages, natural disasters, low voltage networks, substations, unplanned power plants. The results of the calculation of the reliability value in the loop scheme feeder shows that the value of SAIDI-SAIFI in 2017-2018 which has the biggest disturbance is in the SUTM disturbance (256.68 hours in 2017, 276,997 times in 2017), planned outage interruptions (81.32 hours in 2018, 54.19 times 2018), and interruption of electricity and APP connections (10.95 hours in 2018, 18.57 times in 2018). The biggest causes of SUTM interruptions are (kite toys, SUTM networks breaking up, SUTM jumpers breaking up), planned outage interruptions (maintenance of distribution networks, replacement of network cables, addition of network equipment), and interruption of power connection and APP (open PMT / fuser TM broken / fused limiter broken, cubicle or its components damaged, protection relay works without apparent cause, PMT can reenter) and areas that are often affected by SUTM disorders are found in feeders (cikuray, holy, cilawu), planned outages (Talaga bodas, cikuray) , cigasong), and electricity and APP power disruption (talaga bodas, cikuray, kolot villages). So it is necessary to narrow the localization of interference and the addition of loop scheme network connection in the area affected by the disturbance to other networks that are not affected by many disturbances. .
