Abstract
Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Giri Tirta Sari Wonogiri Regency, which is a regional company that serves and distributes clean water needs in the Wonogiri district region, explains that public services are all activities carried out by public service providers in an effort to meet the needs of service recipients, as well as in the implementation of the provisions of the legislation. The problem faced is the customer must come directly to the PDAM office or by telephone to find out the water usage bill. If there are complaints, long distances or telephone costs become the main obstacle. Besides that, the complicated process becomes ineffective and inefficient because it will take a relatively long time. Android-Based Customer Service Application at PDAM Giritirtasari Wonogiri Regency is intended to overcome the problem found that there is no Android system on the performance side when accessed feels slow. From the information side only a few and limited so that it is not efficient to serve customers. This study uses a qualitative research method with an experimental concept, while the data collection method used is to directly observe the use of PDAM water and the test conducted is a blackbox test that focuses on the functional requirements of the software. The results of this study are a system that can show the amount of water usage and monthly payment.. Keywords: Android, Application, Information, and Customer.
