Abstract

Weaving culture is a business that sells woven fabrics with materials that are smooth, soft, strong and thick. It is suitable for those who like adventure and can be used as accessories such as a bag or backpack marker. There are many woven products for sale ranging from blankets which are very suitable for dresses, blouse, shirts, tablecloths, and blankets. Other woven products are scarves, headbands, bracelets, sling bags, hoodies, blankets and necklaces. Initially this industry only sold products when there were orders from customers and based on orders made on social media. At present the system used was still manual. To record all transactions starting from the purchase and sale of goods to the buyer were still recorded in ledgers and receipt books as a proof of payment. Another problem existed was the information system to provide stocks of products. It often happened that buyers or potential buyers visiting the weaving sales counter to ask for information about the availability of goods the administration staff did not provide systematic data. Therefore, it required E-commerce to expand sales of Weaving Culture, with the application of web-based weaving sales in Budaya Tenun. This information system was supposed to be very helpful and helped customers to buy woven products. Keywords: Information Systems, Sales, Website, Weaving
