Abstract
The process of examinations at SMP Negeri 1 Sedayu is still conventional, namely in the making of exam questions, procurement of exam questions, exam evaluations, and students working on exam questions and filling in the exam answers still use paper and stationery. This causes the exam questions to be the same between one student and another student, so the opportunity to exchange answers is quite large. One way to reduce limitations is to use an online examination system. Apply the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) and SQL Random Algorithm method to build the online test system. Based on the research conducted it can be concluded that in terms of randomization questions LCG and SQL Random methods can be said to be effective because they do not produce the same problem between students with one another.
