Abstract
PT Kode Teknologi Indonesia (Tlab) Yogyakarta is a software housing company. PT Kode Teknologi Indonesia (Tlab) Yogyakarta provides financial assistance to employees who have dedicated themselves and developed their companies worth Rp.8,000,000.00 for one employee, out of 30 employees there. After that, the 30 employees are selected, whoever is appropriate and deserves financial assistance. The achievement fund assistance is held every year to give appreciation to employees so that they are always enthusiastic in working. The appraisal system to determine the recipients of achievement funds is still done manually which still causes many problems, especially errors in data calculation and the exchange of data between potential recipients of achievement funds. Then a recommendation system will be made using the Weighted Product method based on existing criteria, namely length of work, discipline, age, status, income, meetings, behavior, work performance, loyalty, and home conditions. After calculating using the system and manual, it produces 100% accuracy, that an employee named Zahra Astuti with value 0.041734607495 is eligible to receive achievement funds.
