Abstract
PT. Perkebunan Bitingwas established in 1921 which is an investment company with PT. J.A.Watti. PT. Perkebunan Bitingis a company engaged in agribusiness that processes the results of rubber plantations into products in the form of ribbed smoked sheets (RSS), consumers of PT. Perkebunan Bitingis a manufacturer of leather shoes, car tire manufacturers, industrial goods engineering and others both in and outside the country. As a rubber plantation that has a factory with a large production capacity and broad consumers, PT. Biting plantations always evaluate quality targets both in terms of quantity and quality of processed ingredients, the comparison between estimates and yields of finished products per month. Constraints that arise in the search for data processing materials, production data, comparison data between estimates with production that will be used in presenting information on evaluation of quality targets at PT. Perkebunan Biting encourage the writer to design and build a web-based data quality control data visualization system to make it easier for employees of the quality control section to search and present data. Based on the results of the test system the respondents agreed that this system can provide material consideration to staff in making corrections to optimize performance and consideration of decision making if something happens in the production process and facilitate the quality control section in conducting data collection and present the results of analysis in the form of which is easier to analyze and understand.
