Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan Jembatan Mataram di ruas Jalan Bligo – Blaburan Kecamatan Ngluwar, Kabupaten Magelang sangat diperlukan karena jembatan ini direncanakan untuk menghubungkan beberapa daerah dan sebagai jalur alternatif saat akan menuju jalan Godean. Dinas perkerjaan umum dan penata ruang Kabupaten Magelang, dengan adanya Jembatan Mataram akan menekan padatnya arus lalu lintas yang masuk di Kabupaten Magelang. Perencanaan ulang jembatan mataram menggunakan struktur rangka baja dinilai sebagai alternatif lain karena rangka baja lebih kuat, lebih ekonomis dan dapat dipasang pada bentang pendek, menengah dan panjang. Perencanaan ini dilakukan bertujuan memperoleh hasil struktur jembatan menggunakan rangka baja type warren truss with vertical supports dan membandingkan value engineering dari segi biaya materialnya dengan jembatan beton prategang. Pemodelan dan analisis perencanaan ini dilakukan menggunakan bantuan program SAP2000 v14 untuk memperoleh gaya pada masing-masing batang rangka baja. Perhitungan evaluasi struktur, kebutuhan sambungan dan perbandingan value engineering pada batang jembatan rangka baja, menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2016 serta penggambaran dengan batuan AutoCad 2016. Perencanaan Jembatan Mataram menggunakan rangka baja type warren truss with verticals supports dengan dimensi profil baja IWF 800.350.16.38 untuk gelagar memanjang 1, gelagar melintang, dan batang horizontal.IWF 350.350.12.19 untuk batang diagonal dan vertikal. IWF 400.400.13.21 untuk gelagar memanjang 2 dan L 170.170.12 untuk angin-angin. Total biaya material pada struktur atas jembatan mataram beton prategang I girder adalah Rp 1.348.357.696,42. Sedangkan total biaya material jembatan truss warren with vertical supports adalah Rp 1.427.367.465,02 selisih dari dua jembatan tersebut adalah Rp 79.009.768,60. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan biaya material jembatan truss warren with vertical supports lebih mahal dibanding jembatan beton prategang I girder dengan persentase 5,86%. Kata kunci: Jembatan Mataram, Rangka Baja, Redesign, Value Engineering. ABSTRACT Construction of the Mataram Bridge on route Bligo-Blaburan, Subdistrict Ngluwar, Magelang Regency is very necessary because the bridge is planned to connect several regions and as an alternative route when going to the Godean. The public works and space stewards of Magelang Regency, with the bridge of the historian will suppress the density of traffic entering the city of Magelang. Redesign the Mataram bridge using a steel frame structure is considered as another alternative because the steel frame is stronger, more economical and can be installed in short, medium and long spans. This planning is carried out aimed at obtaining the results of the bridge structure using a steel frame on the bridge of warren truss with vertical supports type steel frame. Planning modeling and analysis is done using the SAP2000 v14 program to obtain the force on each steel frame rod. Calculation of structural evaluation and connection requirements on steel frame bridge trunks using Microsoft Excel 2016 and depiction with Autocad 2016. Planning the Mataram Bridge, using warren truss with vertical supports type steel frame with dimensions of steel profile IWF800.350.16.28 for transverse girder, longitudinal girder and horizontal bars. IWF350.350.12.19 for diagonal rod and vertical rod. IWF400.400.13.21 for second transverse girder. steel elbow 170.170.12 for the wind bond. The cost of Material steel bridge type Warren Truss with vertical supports is Rp 1.427.367.465,02. Whereas the prestressed concrete bridge is Rp. 1.348.357.696,42. From the analysis of the results of the calculation of value engineering of steel frame Bridge type Warren Truss with vertical supports more expensive than the prestressed concrete bridge with a difference of Rp 79.009.768,60 with a persentege of 5.86%.
