Abstract
Rumah sakit Ibu & Anak merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang berfungsi memberikan perawatan dan pengobatan medis kepada ibu hamil baik pra ataupun pasca melahirkan dan anak usia 0-12 tahun. Gedung Medik Sentral pada Rumah Sakit yaitu sebuah gedung yang mewadahi segala kegiatan pelayanan medik dengan berbasis aksesibilitas yang mampu menunjang fungsi ruang. Sebuah desain bangunan yang memadukan antara unsur aksesibiltas, dan fasilitas pelayanan sehingga para pasien yang datang mendapat pertolongan secara lebih maksimal dan diharapkan dapat membantu proses kegiatan pelayanan. Aksesibilitas yang dapat memudahkan segala kegiatan pengguna bangunan. Hal tersebut secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi psikologis pasien. Selain itu penataan fungsi-fungsi ruang pada gedung medic sentral rumah sakit ibu & anak dirancang dengan proses pendekatan alur kegiatan sirkulasi pasien, hal ini untuk menghilangkan kesan rumah sakit yang membingungkan pasiennya menuju ke sebuah ruang. Secara psikologis, pasien akan merasakan kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam diri mereka. Contoh aplikasi dari konsep ini yaitu penerapan pembagian sirkulasi antara sirkulasi medik, sirkulasi servis dan sirkulasi pasien ataupun gambar-gambar penanada menuju ke sebuah ruang, serta mendekatkan fungsi-fungsi ruang yang saling membutukan. Konsep Aksesibilitas pada rumah sakit Ibu dan Anak Sakina Idaman di Kota Yogyakarta diterapkan pada penataan fungsi-fungsi yang saling bedekatan, akses ke setiap ruang, penataan sirkulasi vertikal, letak drop off , dan penataan sirkulasi eksternal. Kata Kunci: Aksesibilitas, Gedung Medik Sental, Rumah Sakit, Ibu dan Anak Mother and Children Hospital is one of the health service that provides special care and treatment for pregnant mother in the pre or post natal and children in the age between 0 to 12 years old while central medical building in a hospital is a building that accommodates various medical service activities in the basis of accessibility that can support space function. Accessibility facilitates the activity of the building user. This design combines accessibility element and public service facility with the purpose of helping the patients to get maximum aid and is expected to help the service activity process. This indirectly affects patient psychology. Besides it, arranging the space functions in the central medical building for mother and children hospital is designed through the approach process of activity flow for patient circulation to erase the hospital image like confusing the patient while looking for a room. Psychologically, patients will feel more comfortable and safer. The example of this concept application is the usage of circulation division among medical circulation, service circulation, and patient circulation or direction pictures to a room as well as the juxtaposing of space functions that need each other. Accessibility approach for Sakina Idaman Mother and Children Hospital in Yogyakarta City is applied in the functions arrangement that is close to each other, access to every room, arrangement of vertical circulation and drop off positioning, and arrangement of external circulation.
