Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan fenomena yang ada di SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta dimana masih banyak siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan perilaku agresif baik secara fisik,verbal, kemarahan dan permusuhan. Akan tetapi pengelolaan kasus kecenderungan perilaku agresif masih dilakukan secara manual dan proses identifikasi yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK masih belum sesuai karena tidak adanya instrumen yang dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur untuk menilai kasus kecenderungan perilaku agresif siswa. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan instrumen yang tepat untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan perilaku agresif siswa berupa instrumen kecenderungan perilaku agresif berbasis excel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan perilaku agresif siswa berdasarkan instrumen IKPAS berbasis excel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development mengikuti prosedur penelitian Sugiyono 2015 yang terdiri dari : 1) potensi dan masalah 2) pengumpulan data 3) desain produk 4) validasi desain 5) revisi desain 6) uji coba produk. Hasil persentase pengujian yang diperoleh ahli media sebesar 92% dengan kriteria sangat layak, kemudian hasil persentase pengujian pada ahli materi diperoleh hasil sebesar 70% dengan kriteria layak. Sedangkan pada persentase uji coba produk internal yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga perancangan instrumen kecenderungan perilaku agresif berbasis excel yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan secara masal. Adapun saran dari peneliti selanjutnya mengembangkan materi perilaku agresif lebih luas serta dapat mengembangkan dengan desain yang lebih menarik. Kata Kunci : Instrumen, Perilaku agresif, Excel This research was carried out based on the phenomena at SMP Negeri 15 Yogyakarta where there were still many students who had aggressive behavioral tendency either physical or verbal in the forms of anger and hostility. However, the management of students aggressive behavioral cases was still done manually and the identification process carried out by Guidance and Counseling Teacher was still not appropriate due to the absence of the instruments used as benchmarks for assessing cases of aggressive behavior tendencies of the students. Therefore, it needs appropriate instruments to identify students Aggressive Behavior Tendency in the form of instruments Based on Excel Software. This study aimed to determine the Aggressive Behavior Tendency Based on IKPAS, an Excel-based instrument. The method used in this research was Research and Development based on Sugiyono 2015 research procedure consisting of 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, and 6) product trial. The percentage of testing results obtained by media experts was 92% with very decent criteria, then the results of the percentage of testing on material experts obtained results was 70% with decent criteria. Whereas the percentage of internal product trials conducted by Guidance and Counseling Teacher was 95% with very decent criteria. The Designing Instrument of the Aggressive Behavior Tendency Based on Excel Software produced can be applied in large number. The suggestion from researcher for further research was to develop the material of the aggressive behavior more broadly with more attractive designs.
