Abstract

Pendidikan adalah upaya pengembangan potensi peserta didik. Tugas pendidik adalah mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki peserta didik, bukan hanya fokus pada materi pelajaran saja atau memaksa agar anak dapat menghafal fatka dan angka. Berdasarkan hasil angket AKPD yang telah disebarkan pada kelas XI di SMK N 1 Godean, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 171 siswa dari 318 siswa belum mengetahui tentang potensi dirinya. Tidak adanya jam masuk untuk guru BK menyebabkan pelaksanaan layanan BK di SMK Negeri 1 Godean kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah upaya mengenalkan potensi diri dan mengembangkan potensi diri menggunakan kecerdasan majemuk dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok mampu membuat siswa mengenali dan mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Pre-Eksperimental Designs, dengan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Godean dengan jumlah 8 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji beda (uji t). Hasil uji normalitas dengan rumus shapiro-wilk untuk variabel pretest dan posttest lebih dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil olah data didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar -0.7255 dan nilai t tabel 7. T hitung > t tabel maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Taraf signifikasi P=0,00 < 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Layanan bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman potensi diri siswa kelas xi di SMK Negeri 1 Godean. Prosentase proges variabel pretes dan posttest adalah 14,35%. Presentase nilai rata-rata siswa pada saat pretest sebanyak 46,63 dan pada saat posttest sebanyak 61. Kata kunci : Bimbingan Kelompok, Potensi Diri Education is an effort to develop the potential of students. Based on the results of the AKPD questionnaire that had been distributed to class XI at SMK N 1 Godean, it showed that there were 171 of 318 students who had not known about their potential. The absence of admission hours for BK teachers caused the implementation of BK services in SMK Negeri 1 Godean not optimal. This study aimed to determine whether efforts to introduce self-potential and develop self-potential using multiple intelligences with group guidance services were able to make students recognize and develop their potential. This research is a type of research Pre-Experimental Designs, with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Godean with a total of 8 students. The data collection method used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used the normality test and the different test (t test). The results of the normality test with the Shapiro-Wilk formula for pretest and posttest variables were more than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variables were normally distributed. The results of data processing obtained t value of -0.7255 and t value of table 7. T count> t table so there was a significant difference. The significance level P = 0.00 <0.05, this showed that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of this research was that the services of group guidance influenced understanding of student self-potential of class xi at SMK N 1 Godean. The percentage of the pretest and posttest variable was 14.35%. The percentage of students' average scores at the pretest was 46.63 and at the posttest 61. Keywords: Group Guidance, Self Potential
