Abstract
Every restaurant must have loyal customers who always return to the place. Therefore, a restaurant should have good income progress over time. A restaurant must have some requirements to be provided to have loyal customers. In this research, an Android application-based ordering and delivering application was designed with Arduino Nano. In this design, the components used were Arduino Nano, Bluetooth module, infrared proximity sensor, stepper driver, and stepper motor in a restaurant miniature made of 2 mm thick acrylic. The results of hardware testing to order food and drinks with a mass of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 1.5 kg from the initial position to booth 1 obtained a stepper angle error of 0 °. As for the transfer of orders with a mass of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 1.5 kg from the initial position to booth 2, a complete stepper angle error was obtained at 0 °, 20 °, 45 °. The customer software test results show the customer data requesting at the Airtable kitchen following the order that was entered by the customer through the customer's application.
