Abstract
Lights are lighting used in a dark room. Lighting needs depend on the type of work performed. Where the work requires accuracy, it is difficult to do if the light at work is inadequate. In this study, a light intensity control system was built in the office building using Fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno logic to control the room lights and to adjust the light brightness according to the lighting conditions of the room. The system built in this study used the Fuzzy Takagi-Sugeno method with two inputs (light intensity from sensors LDR1 and LDR2) and one output (lux value). The intensity of light needed for office space is 300-350 lux. The system can produce an average light intensity of 323.77 lux for varying room lighting conditions. This value indicated that the system could provide office space intensity requirements of 300 to 350 lux. Keywords: Lux, Fuzzy Takagi Sugeno, Office
