Abstract
ABSTRAK Perancangan Pasar Industri Kreatif di kabupaten Brebes merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk menghidupkan kembali UMKM kecil dan industri kecil. Saat ini, kabupaten Brebes menjadi daerah yang akan di rencanakan sebagai kawasan industri dan pengembangan infrastruktur. Sebagai daerah industri yang akan dikembangkan dan mampu memicu terjadi penambahan populasi terutama lonjakan urbanisasi yang terus meningkat setiap harinya, Hal tersebut dimanfaatkan pemerintah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dan usaha kecil menengah dalam bidang kreatif agar mereka mempunyai tempat dalam kawasan industri yang dibuka dan mampu bekerja sama dengan investor lain yang akhirnya meningkat perekonomian daerah. Rencana pemerintah kabupaten Brebes merencanakan pembangunan Pasar Industri Kreatif yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Karangdempel Wetan, Kecamatan Ketanggungan. Pada perancangan ini menggunakan metode perancangan yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, meliputi observasi/survei lapangan dan studi literatur. Selanjutnya data diolah memalui tahap analisis yang kemudian menghasilkan sebuah gagasan perancangan. Metode perancangan pada site yaitu persona (role) membuat suatu bangunan yang baru. Metode perancangan di bangunan yaitu typology design yang menerapkan standar umum bangunan pasar. Konsep pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer yang tidak hanya sebagai pusat perbelanjaan modern namun sebagai tempat untuk berekreasi sekaligus wadah untuk masyarakat menunjukan kreatifitasnya di bidang seni pertunjukan dan produk, pemilihan produk yang dijual mengutamakan produk khas daerah Brebes dan seni pertunjukan. Perancangan Pasar Industri Kreatif ini nantinya akan memberikan ruang publik baru bagi masyarakat kabupaten Brebes, yang mampu menjadi daya tarik di pusat kota dan sebagai ruang kreatif yang untuk mengangkat usaha kecil menengah, sebagian juga mengangkat kreatifitas, serta untuk memperkuat kemajuan perekonomian di kabupaten Brebes. Kata kunci: Pasar Industri Kreatif, Pasar, Arsitektur Kontemporer, Kreatif, Perancangan ABSTRACT The design of the Creative Industry Market in Brebes district is an attempt by the government to revive small MSMEs and small industries. Currently, Brebes Regency is an area that will be planned as an industrial area and infrastructure development. As an industrial area that will be developed, it will be able to trigger an increase in population, especially the spike in urbanization which continues to increase every day. This is used by the government to empower people and small and medium enterprises in the creative field so that they have a place in an open industrial area and are able to work with other investors which will ultimately improve the regional economy. The Brebes regency government plan is to plan the construction of a Creative Industry Market located in Karangdempel Wetan Village, Ketanggungan District. This design uses a design method that consists of several stages, namely the primary and secondary data collection stages, including observation / field surveys and literature studies. Furthermore, the data is processed through the analysis stage which then produces a design idea. The design method at the site is the persona (role) to make a new building. The design method in buildings is typology design which applies general market building standards. The concept of the approach used is a contemporary architectural approach which is not only a modern shopping center but as a place for recreation as well as a place for people to show their creativity in the field of performing arts and products. The selection of products sold prioritizes typical Brebes regional products and performing arts. The design of the Creative Industry Market will later provide a new public space for the people of Brebes district, which can become an attraction in the city center and as a creative space to lift small and medium enterprises, partly also to raise creativity, and to strengthen economic progress in the Brebes district.
