Abstract

ABSTRAK Perancangan Resort Lakey Peak di Kabupaten Dompu merupakan bahan kajian perancangan bangunan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai kenyamanan, kreatifitas, dan keindahan pada resort dengan membangun kembali fungsi dari filosofi bangunan melalui pendekatan lokalitas. Penggunaan struktur, material rumah adat suku Mbojo, dan pola ruang kampung Uma Lengge sebagai metode perancangan. Perancangan lokalitas merupakan konsep utama dalam mendesain fasilitas hunian, olahraga dan bisnis, yaitu wadah kegiatan wisatawan menginap dan berekreasi, sekaligus dapat memperkenalkan kearifan lokal budaya dengan bentuk hunian tradisional. Kata kunci: Kabupaten Dompu, Lakey Peak, Perancangan Resort ABSTRACT The design of the Lakey Peak Resort in Dompu Regency is a study material for building design to determine the values of comfort, creativity, and beauty at the resort by rebuilding the function of the building philosophy through the locality approach. The use of structures, materials for the traditional houses of the Mbojo tribe, and the spatial pattern of the Uma Lengge village as design methods. Locality design is the main concept in designing residential, sports and business facilities, namely a place for tourists to stay and have recreation, as well as to introduce local cultural wisdom with traditional residential forms.
